The move from VHS to DVS for Star Wars was dramatic – finally we got to see Star WArs at a quality equal or better than the theatre.
But what about Star Wars in HD?
Check it out in 1080p with some side by side comparision – frankly i’m not impressed…i’ll wait to Lucas rolls it out on BluRay.

umm yeah… first of all its DVD and secondly it is absolutely nowhere near the same galaxy to the theatre. The bitrate and resolution is relatively microscopic in comparison.
HD is definitely a step closer but still not that close. You’re not impressed with it? Well with your above demonstration of your lack of knowledge on the subject your opinion should certainly be taken lightly.

posted this because people need to know.
I was looking at Carrie Fisher’s hair and I noticed
much greater detail when I put the cursor over it.
