Not a bad episode at all. There have been a few episodes over the years where SG-1 is mistaken for bad guys in a first contact situation but this is one of the better attempts.
What was clearly missing though was whether or not this planet had been visited or ruled by the Gould at one point…i wonder…
but i guess the Orii are on the way…

was everyone on atlantis on steroids? they swung those big metal doors on the moon station with ease. just saying
Actually, I thought it was clear from their museum full of Go’auld devices and serpent guard uniforms that the planet had indeed been ruled by the Go’auld at one point. Their inability to use and lack of knowledge about the Stargate as a traveling device was clearly not used by these people to go to another planet and bring back those Go’auld artifacts that are on display all over the museum.
