Well, the fans know that the series about to be broacast here in the UK is the twenty-ninth series of Doctor Who. However for the BBC pen pushers there has been a sixteen year gap between series with only the one -off Us co-production in the gap, and the series has moved from BBC Drama in London to BBC Wales in Cardiff, so for their records it is #3. Personally, I like to include both counting schemes, so this year we will have Series Three [29]. The Three because that is what the BBC cares about, the [29] because it is what I as a fan care about.

that is such good news, I can’t wait to see it! Dr Who is the greatest show ever made… and Tom Baker is the best Dr. ever! personally I’d like to see them have Tom Baker come back as the next Dr.
